The Seminar-Workshop was facilitated by Ms. Maria Christine M. De Leon, LGOO VI, from the Department of Interior and Local Government. It was conducted on March 10 to 11, 2026 at the Gumamela Hall, Convention Center, Productivity Complex, Brgy. Sapang Palay Proper, CSJDM, Bulacan.
It was attended by the different barangay officials and personnel from the 62 barangays. The Seminar-Workshop aims to enhance the knowledge and learning of the participants regarding GAD Analysis, preparation and management of Annual Gender and Development Plan in response to the gender gaps and issues faced by the Barangay Organizations and their clients and to formulate the Gender and Development Plan and Budget for Fiscal Year 2027 which promotes gender equality among the constituents and the organization.
