The City Population Office, in coordination with the City Human Resource Management Office, conducted a series of Gender Sensitivity Seminar for the female and male employees of the City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan at the Public Hearing Office Room 1 and 2 on October 17, 2025 (Batch 1), October 22, 2025 (Batch 2), and October 23, 2025 (Batch 3).
The Gender Sensitivity Seminar aims to show how gender shapes the roles of women and men in society, including the role in development and how it affects relationship between men and women. Furthermore the goal of the seminar is to raise the level of awareness of each participant on gender issues & concerns to develop strategy and support mechanisms to promote women’s human rights, gender equality and eliminate gender discrimination.
