The Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System – Technical Working Group called for a meeting on December 17, 2025 at the Public Hearing Room 1, New Government Center, Brgy. Dulong Bayan, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan to discuss matters relative to Gender and Development (GAD).

The meeting has the following agenda:

  1. Monitoring and Evaluation on the implementation of 2025 Approved Gender and Development Plan and Budget;
  2. To discuss on the submission of the Gender-Responsive LGU (GeRL) Assessment Tool and the GAD Focal Point System Functionality Assessment Tool (GFAST);
  3. To discuss the approved LGU GAD Plan and Budget for Fiscal Year 2026 based on the priority needs, issues and concerns of LGU constituents and employees;
  4. To discuss matters relative to the formulation of Gender & Development (GAD) Code IRR
