The Seminar-Workshop was conducted on February 23, 2026 at the Gumamela Hall, Convention Center, Productivity Complex, Brgy. Sapang Palay Proper, CSJDM, Bulacan. It was facilitated by Ms. Lydia M. Baltazar, Cluster Team Leader, LGOO VII, and GAD Resource Pool from the Department of Interior and Local Government. It was attended by the department and unit heads and their representatives from the different offices in the LGU.
The Seminar-Workshop aims to:
- Enhance the knowledge and learnings in GAD Analysis, preparation and management of the City’s Annual Gender and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget in response to the gender gaps and issues faced by the LGU employees and constituents.
- Formulate Gender and Development Plan and Budget for Fiscal Year 2027 that will promote gender equality among the constituents and the organization.
