𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐀𝐃 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐛

The City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan has been shortlisted as one of the fourth batch of LGUs being considered as PCW Certified Gender and Development Local Learning Hub (GAD LLH). In this regard, the Philippine Commission on Women conducted a Validation Session of the accomplished Gender Responsive LGU (GeRL) Assessment Tool on February 26, 2026 at the Public Hearing Room 1 and 2, New Government Center, Brgy. Dulong Bayan, CSJDM, Bulacan and Site Visitation of the following GAD programs: (1) Bahay Pag-Asa and (2) City Educational Assistance Program on February 27, 2026.

The Validation Session and Site Visitation was participated by all the departments involved in the Assessment. It was facilitated by the following team of PCW validators:
